At the conference, we had the honor of hosting Mr. Pericles Poseidonos, Project Officer and Mrs. Christina Papageorgopoulou, Communication Officer.

The meeting continued with a General presentation of the progress of the e-SOHECA project. Specifically, Ms. Emiliya Doncheva- Tzivanopoulou Project Manager Municipality of Nestos (LB), made references to the implementation status, the deliverables status, the encountered problems as well as the following actions occurred. Ms Doncheva joined the meeting online.

Then we had a detailed presentation of the project of Municipality of Topeiros regarding the implementation status, the deliverables status, the encountered problems as well as the following actions remained, by Ioannis Siamidis and Eirini Papazoglou from Municipality of Topeiros, but also by Konstantinos Stavropoulos, PLEGMA S.A. External project manager.

In sequence, the detailed presentation of the project of Municipality of Zlatograd (Implementation status, Deliverables status, encountered problems, following actions) by the Municipality of Zlatograd took place. Zlatograd partners watched the conference online.

Finally, there was a discussion among all present, regarding the financial data of the project/partners, the update of the MIS system, the closure procedure and other general issues.

At the same afternoon, there was a presentation by users of the system to the Representatives of sports clubs in the Municipality of Topeiros, but also to the Head of the Health Center of Avdira.
