Kick off meeting
The kick off meeting was held on 12th of December into the premises of the Municipality of Nestos.
All partners participated and decided to design carefully their activities, to determine the appropriate tenders according to their National Law, to make the proper time schedule and small changes in some deliverables

First Workshop in Topeiros
The Workshop was held on 14 – 15th of June into the premises of the Municipality of Topeiros where representatives of Municipalities of Nestos, Zlatograd and Topeiros as well as external experts participated.
The first day finished with the following results:
- Establishment of Steering Committee.
- Procedures according to project implementation manual.
- Budget modifications that will proposed to JS.
- Final establishment of the time schedule of the project and allocation of amounts.
The next day, a demonstration of the existing e-Health System took place and a tour to the office of the Technical Team where is located the administration of the e-Health System.

Workshop in Zlatograd
The workshop was held on 13 - 14th of December into the premises of the Municipality of Zlatograd. The first day was presented a detailed description of the e-SOHECA project progress, from each partner and critical decisions were made for the project succeedits goals.
The second day there was a tour on the renovated medical unit of the Municipality of Zlatograd which was made with the fundings of the project.

Equipment delivery in Nestos
The pilot phase of the Hardware and the Medical Equipments were delivered in the Municipality of Nestos.
The equipment is going to be pluged, tested and connected to the e-SOHECA system, allowing to make measurements to the patients.

Work in progress on Topeiros
The pilot phase of the the Medical Equipments were delivered in the Municipality of Topeiros.
The equipment is now tested and connected to the e-SOHECA system. The conection was succesfull and the first test measurements was uploaded to the system.

Delivery of Medical Equipment in Zlatograd
Medical Equipments were delivered in the Municipality of Zlatograd. The equipment is going to be connected with the appropriate Hardware and installed to the Spots. Also, the training of Staff and Citizens is remaining and will start soon .

Full Delivery of Medical Equipment in Nestos & Topeiros
The rest of the Medical Equipments were delivered in the Municipalites of Nestos & Topeiros. The equipment is going to be connected with the appropriate Hardware and installed to the Spots. Also, the training of Staff and Citizens will start soon .
